Abstract
The primary stability of the implant is one of the elements to determine the success and the prognosis. Appropriate level of primary stability of the implant and the lack of verti cal horizontal patients with bone plays an important role in determining the prognosis. Due to the higher the primary stability, the micro-movements decreases between the implant and the bone, so bone formation well help to make it happen. From patients with severe periodontal disease, bone loss, a lot of vertical and horizontal spreads extraction socket is often difficult to secure initial fixation. Thinner drill diameters, wide-platform implants and tapered implants were used for primary stability. In our hospital mandibular posterior vertical bone loss due to periodontal disease, and one with wider extraction socket and implant placement, the early fixation obtained by the block bone and auto tooth bone graft. So, we report it with review of relevant literature.
